slimeboy 212x300 Crazy Chemistry Holiday Programme October 2012Ever wondered what makes a great science experiment? Is it the mixing of colourful chemicals? Bubbling of boiling beakers? Or the Crazy Chemist ?

Well, come join us this October for our Crazy Chemistry holiday programme and discover the science behind cool chemistry experiments!

Our holiday programme is stacked with fun-filled, educational and interactive activities for visitors of all ages. There are different experiments to be done using simple science and a little crazy chemistry.

Have a blast at our Scientastic Science Show where we see chemistry in action and watch things explode! Become a crazy chemist for the day and discover what polymers are when you make Silly Slime. Explore molecules from what they are to how they join in our Manufacturing Molecules Workshop. View breath-taking crystals under the microscope and investigate how they grow.

Each activity focuses on the science behind Chemistry and fascinating chemical reactions.

The overall aim of the programme is to explain to our budding “science-stars” the process of experimenting through Crazy Chemistry.

Activities are from 11.00am to 14.00pm daily from the 01 to 07 October 2012.
